Boeing Defense, Space & Security is seeking a Senior Design and Analysis Engineer in St. Louis, MO. You will develop and integrate mission systems across hardware and software, leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

You will interact with leadership and customers to shape architectures and ensure performance. Join a fast-paced Phantom Works program, work from a model-based design approach, and grow toward leadership while delivering critical capabilities for warfighter mission

Competenze

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or equivalent related field.
• 9+ years of related work experience in engineering roles.
• Experience with agile development and cross-functional teams is preferred.

Mansioni

• Make complex software and hardware design decisions for mission processing capabilities.
• Lead capability integration team to release capabilities to the customer.
• Translate customer requirements into system, hardware, and software designs.
• Define interfaces to ensure interoperability across subsystems.
• Use MBSE for requirements, interfaces, and traceability.
• Test and validate system functionality to meet requirements.
