Job summary

12+ years of experience in EO/IR systems engineering or related fields.
Experience with OPIR data formats and processing workflows.
Strong analytical skills for diagnosing sensor performance and data anomalies.

Responsibilities

Analyze, exploit, and model infrared and OPIR sensor data including SBIRS systems.
Develop and implement advanced data processing algorithms in Python and MATLAB.
Investigate sensor phenomenology and design test plans and experiments.
Evaluate data processing workflows and coordinate remediation strategies.
Contribute to CONOPS, white papers, and technical documentation for new capabilities.
Collaborate with DoD stakeholders and research partners on sensing technologies.
