Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
• 12+ years in EO/IR systems engineering or OPIR.
• Experience with OPIR data formats and SBIRS exploitation tools.
• Strong analytical skills for sensor performance and data anomalies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, exploit, and model infrared and OPIR sensor data, incl. SBIRS.
• Develop and prototype data processing algorithms in Python and MATLAB.
• Create test plans and experiments for sensing and tracking challenges.
• Troubleshoot data workflows and coordinate remediation.
• Support CONOPS, white papers, and technical documentation.
• Collaborate with DoD stakeholders and external partners on new sensing tech.
