Qualifications

• HVAC systems operation, maintenance, and diagnostics.
• Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
• EPA Universal License required or obtainable within 90 days of hire.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Perform start-up, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of campus environmental and building systems (HVAC, chillers, boilers, air handlers, pumps, etc).
• Execute preventive and emergency repairs on mechanical and control systems; calibrate and replace thermostats, relays, controllers, and sensors.
• Lead complex repair projects and support building automation system modifications.
• Analyze energy consumption data to support efficiency initiatives.
