Job summary

ABM Industries is seeking an HVAC Technician II to maintain and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems across a multi-building campus, including classrooms, dorms, labs, and athletic facilities. You will troubleshoot and install controls, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Candidates should have 3+ years of HVAC experience, a valid HVAC license, EPA Universal certification, and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years HVAC experience.
• HVAC license in applicable jurisdiction.
• EPA Universal certification required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust HVAC components and controls.
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and A/C systems in diverse buildings.
• Identify maintenance risks and diagnose electrical/mechanical faults.
