Qualifications

• Three or more years of Regulatory or Environmental consulting experience as a seller-doer responsible for leading the pursuit and delivery of projects.
• Demonstrated relationships with state and federal regulatory agencies, responsible parties, site developers, engineering firms, legal counsel, and corporate environmental departments.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and permits (CERCLA, RCRA, state brownfield programs, CWA 404/402/401, NWP/IP, NPDES, ESA).
• Experience leading clients through complex negotiations, including creative procurement solutions and pricing strategies.
• Experience selling to multiple stakeholders and building consensus for commercial bookings.

Responsibilities

• Achieve a defined annual sales target to support RES's growth plan.
• Prospect and develop a sales pipeline to drive growth in core and strategic solutions.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams in the sales process to market solutions to target clients.
• Position RES as a strategic advisor on client issues and innovative solutions.
• Participate in conferences and trade groups to elevate RES's brand and drive lead generation.
• Meet with clients to develop opportunities from existing contracts and position for new contracts.
• Prepare responses to government requests for qualifications.
