Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Civil/Chemical/Environmental preferred.
• Minimum five years of relevant construction and landfill operations experience.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage and manage consulting firms for permit applications, construction plans, site monitoring, and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain relationships with regulators and represent the company in permit meetings and site inspections.
• Oversee landfill design and construction from design to final approval with budget oversight.
• Coordinate landfill capacity tracking, airspace calculations, and fill sequencing.
• Mentor staff and collaborate with finance, legal, and safety teams to deliver project solutions.
• Support due diligence and acquisition reviews with proforma modeling.
