Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Environmental Remediation Project Manager in Texas to lead projects, manage budgets, and ensure safety and quality. You will collaborate with subcontractors and experts to plan field work and deliver remediation systems.

Responsibilities include data analysis, technical reporting, and engaging with clients and regulators. A strong focus on mentorship will help you grow within Jacobs' global teams and hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, environmental science, geology, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in the industry, with at least 3 years managing projects.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification or ability to obtain and maintain it.
• Experience in environmental projects including site investigation/remediation, subcontractor oversight, and leading project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and Manage Projects: Plan, staff, schedule, and budget projects while ensuring quality, consistency, and safety.
• Collaborate and Coordinate work with subcontractors, internal support staff, and subject matter experts.
• Technical Excellence: Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and design and implement pilot studies and remedial systems.
• Client Interaction: Engage with clients and regulators, present information, and discuss on-site management strategies.
• Mentorship and Growth: Motivate and direct project teams and pursue growth opportunities at Jacobs.
