Job summary

Jacobs is seeking an Environmental Remediation Project Manager based in Texas to lead and manage critical environmental cleanup projects. The role includes planning, staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating with subcontractors and SMEs to ensure safety and quality.

You will analyze data, prepare reports, and design remedial systems while engaging with clients and regulators. Preferred candidates hold a Master’s degree and professional certifications (PE/PG/PMP).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering, civil engineering, environmental science, geology, or a related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in the industry; at least 3 years managing projects.
• 40-hour HAZWOPER certification or ability to obtain it.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects: plan, staff, schedule, and budget while ensuring quality, consistency, and safety.
• Coordinate work with subcontractors, internal support staff, and subject matter experts.
• Analyze data, prepare technical reports, and design/remediate systems; interact with clients and regulators on site management strategies.
