Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is required.
• Experience managing environmental projects in energy (transmission, generation, renewables, pipelines).
• Experience with siting & routing, permitting, impact assessments, and regulatory compliance in TX/LA and neighboring states.
• Strong proposal development, client growth, and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across complex energy projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Direct site selection and route evaluation for transmission, distribution, and generation facilities.
• Manage environmental permitting, applications, agency coordination, public meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
• Partner with agencies; provide guidance on state filing requirements; expert testimony is a plus.
