You will prepare technical documents, plans, and agency correspondence while managing projects and junior staff to deliver high-quality results.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Science or Engineering, 10+ years in consulting, and strong writing and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering required; PE/PG preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in consulting environment.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Lead regulatory compliance projects and site investigations.
• Develop plans, specifications, and remedial action strategies.
• Prepare proposals, reports, and agency correspondence.
• Manage projects and junior staff for quality and timeliness.
• Maintain relationships with clients and contribute to regional marketing.
