Terracon seeks a Senior Environmental Engineer to lead environmental investigations, analyses and the development of plans and specifications for diversified projects. You will oversee complex assessments, ensure compliance with regulations, and mentor junior staff while delivering high-quality reports and client-ready documents.

The role emphasizes risk evaluation, design of remediation strategies, and effective communication of complex engineering concepts to clients and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 8-11 years’ experience in environmental engineering or related roles.
• Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering preferred.
• A valid driver’s license with acceptable violation history may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of project-related risk and protection strategies for Terracon.
• Lead continuous quality monitoring and promote quality standards on projects.
• Provide consistent quality in project and proposal delivery.
• Lead safety efforts and model a safe work environment; promote pre-task planning.
