Job summary

Engineering Consulting Services (ECS) seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead projects from proposal to final invoice and serve as the primary client contact. You will supervise and mentor staff, manage budgets, and ensure successful project delivery while upholding ECS core values.

The role requires strong leadership, deep environmental knowledge, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Strong project management and leadership experience in environmental consulting.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
• Experience mentoring junior staff and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• PE/PG license preferred but not mandatory for all roles.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate projects from proposal through final invoicing, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Lead client communications, meetings, and documentation to support project goals.
• Mentor junior staff and oversee staffing, training, and performance across projects.
• Prepare and review environmental reports, change orders, and client deliverables.
