Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is seeking an Environmental Senior Project Manager to lead environmental consulting projects from proposal through closeout. You will provide technical leadership, manage client relations, mentor staff, and maintain profitability while upholding ECS Core Values.

Responsibilities include directing wetlands projects, overseeing staffing and field work, reviewing reports, and ensuring regulatory compliance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's of Science in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Natural or Environmental Science, Geology, or other degree relevant to environmental consulting.
• Extensive knowledge of environmental principles, regulations, and consulting practices.
• Ability to obtain a local license through reciprocity within three months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Directs wetlands and natural resources projects.
• Oversees staffing, logistics, and field execution.
• Reviews technical reports and project deliverables.
• Leads client communications and project discussions.
• Oversees Project Managers and Staff PMs throughout project execution.
• Manages project budgets, profitability, invoicing, and collections.
