Job summary

Environmental Forensic Investigations, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee all technical and administrative aspects of assigned projects, uphold core values, and drive project progress and profitability in accordance with company policies.

You will mentor staff, build client relationships, ensure regulatory compliance, manage budgets and risk, and collaborate with the Consulting Services team to deliver high quality results across diverse environmental investigations.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in a relevant area of science, geology, and/or engineering.
• 5+ years of progressive environmental consulting project management experience.
• Use of discretion and professional judgment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical and administrative aspects of assigned projects.
• Maintain accountability for project progress and profitability.
• Establish and build client relationships; interact with project stakeholders.
• Schedule and direct Project Managers and staff as required.
• Mentor and train Project Managers and staff to meet objectives and goals.
• Approve and assume accountability for project work scopes and cost proposals.
• Oversee field activities and health & safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and company policies.
• Prepare reports and participate in business development as required.
