The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in environmental consulting, strong project management skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff while advancing business development efforts.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of experience in environmental consulting.
• Proven track record delivering projects under TCEQ/TRRP/RCRA/CERCLA.
• Strong understanding of environmental field activities and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and mentor junior staff.
• Willingness to travel and pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership on environmental projects.
• Lead projects from inception to completion within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Conduct site investigations, data collection, and assessments.
• Plan and supervise field investigations including utility locating, geophysical surveys, and drilling.
• Review reports, regulatory submissions, and feasibility studies.
• Review laboratory data and ensure accuracy.
• Develop environmental management and restoration strategies.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and planners.
• Communicate with clients on scope, deliverables, and issues.
• Mentor junior staff and stay updated on regulations.
• Travel to project sites as required.
