EA Engineering, Science, and Technology, Inc., PBC. seeks a Senior Environmental Program Manager to lead a long-term environmental monitoring and operations program for U.S.

Navy installations across the Pacific Northwest and Alaska. You will provide overall leadership for a large, multi-task-order contract, directing project delivery, client engagement, staffing, financial performance, and technical quality while collaborating with project managers, technical teams, and government stakeholders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in environmental science, engineering, geology, or related field.
• Demonstrated 15+ years in environmental consulting, restoration, remediation, or related project experience.
• Experience managing large federal environmental projects or contracts.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall program leadership and accountability for contract execution, performance, and client satisfaction.
• Manage a portfolio of environmental projects and task orders, ensuring scopes, schedules, budgets, and quality expectations are met.
• Lead and mentor project managers and technical staff, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and operational excellence.
• Oversee staffing, resource planning, and workload balancing across multiple concurrent projects.
• Monitor program performance metrics and implement strategies to improve delivery, efficiency, and client outcomes.
• Ensure the consistent delivery of technically sound, high-quality work that meets contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government clients and key stakeholders.
• Support business development activities through proposal development, technical writing, and client engagement.
