Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of managing large government contracts with multi-disciplinary teams.
• PMI/PE certifications appreciated (PMP/PG/PE).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead EPA-related contracts and CLIN project managers across regions.
• Mentor staff and provide professional development.
• Ensure projects are on time, on budget, and compliant with scopes and contracts.
• Engage EPA clients and coordinate with state/local agencies as needed.
• Organize proposals and contribute to EPA portfolio growth.
