Job summary

NTM Engineering seeks an Environmental Project Manager to lead environmental projects from proposal through completion. This senior role oversees scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships while guiding staff development and project delivery.

The candidate should have 14+ years' environmental consulting experience, proven leadership, and strong communication. Hybrid work options exist with Wayne or Dillsburg offices, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 14+ years of environmental consulting experience managing multiple projects.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary project teams and staff.
• Strong proposal development, project and budget management, and client relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to attend client meetings and travel.
• Participation in professional organizations preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.

Responsibilities

• Lead environmental projects and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Develop scopes, proposals, budgets, and schedules.
• Serve as primary client contact and maintain relationships.
• Participate in meetings, kickoffs, and status reviews.
• Monitor performance, ensure schedule and budget adherence.
• Provide QC on reports, studies, deliverables.
• Mentor and develop project staff.
• Support business development and proposals.
• Identify risks and coordinate with leadership.
• Promote collaboration and excellence across teams.
