Amentum seeks an Environmental Manager to support NETL in Morgantown, WV or Pittsburgh, PA. You will oversee environmental programs, manage deliverables, and guide a team across multiple sites to ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

Requirements include US citizenship, a relevant Bachelor's degree with 15 years of experience, and supervisory capability. Master’s degree and PE license are preferred, with comprehensive health and welfare benefits offered.

Qualifications

• US citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental field or related field; 15 years of job-related experience.
• Supervisory/management experience required.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Professional Engineering License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Environmental Task at Albany, Morgantown, and Pittsburgh sites.
• Oversee Air Quality, Water Quality, Chemical Management, and Non-Hazardous Waste programs.
• Review and generate regulatory deliverables and annual reports.
• Supervise and mentor environmental staff; plan budgets.
• Coordinate meetings and generate minutes; report status.
• Ensure compliance with EPA and state regulations and guidance.
• Review directives, policies, operating plans for accuracy.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
