Job summary

SWCA Environmental Consultants seeks a Lead Project Manager – Environmental Planning to drive complex natural resources projects in the Gulf Coast and Southeast. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate permitting and compliance with NEPA, CWA, FERC, BLM, and coordinate with agencies and clients to deliver technical excellence.

The role reports to the Gulf Coast Environmental Planning Director, manages schedules and budgets, mentors staff, and supports business development efforts

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biology, ecology, environmental science or related field.
• Experience managing budgets and invoicing.
• Proven client management and business development experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex environmental planning projects from scope to delivery.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams for permitting and NEPA/FERC/BLM processes.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure quality, schedule, and budget compliance.
