Job summary

HDR is seeking an Environmental Planning Project Principal in California to expand CEQA & NEPA services and lead complex environmental projects. You will collaborate across HDR’s Transportation, Resources, Water, BES, Architecture, and Federal groups, driving opportunity development, project delivery, and staff development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
15 years related experience.
A minimum of 7 years project management experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software.

Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
Produce and coordinate several projects concurrently and manage client relations.
Develop and review environmental documents (CEQA/NEPA) and manage budgets.
Mentor junior staff and supervise large project teams; ensure deliverables on schedule.
