Job summary

HDR, Inc. seeks an Environmental Planning Project Principal to expand CEQA & NEPA services in the Southern California area. This seller/doer role collaborates across HDR's Transportation, Resources, Water, BES, Architecture, and Federal groups to develop opportunities, manage projects, and mentor staff.

You will lead task and staff management, coordinate client relations, and ensure deliverables are completed within budget and schedule, while applying HDR's QA/QC procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, estimating and scheduling software, project management software.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Produce and coordinate multiple projects concurrently and ensure deliverables meet budget and schedule.
• Establish client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
