ICF seeks a Senior Environmental Planner to work remotely, preferably in Florida or the Eastern United States. The role supports NEPA compliance across energy, disaster management, and transportation sectors, with potential office options in Reston, VA.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and 4+ years of experience. Responsibilities include leading NEPA projects, coordinating with clients and agencies, and managing EAs/EISs and project schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in natural or physical science, urban planning, public policy, economics, environmental management or related subjects
• 4+ years of relevant professional experience

Responsabilités

• Lead reviewer for NEPA projects
• Interact with applicants and agency staff
• Help agency staff manage preparation of EAs and EISs
• Review NEPA documents prepared by applicant’s contractor
• Review environmental components of applications
• Participate in Project Management team
• Develop written materials and analyses for EAs or EISs
• Coordinate project deliverables with document production staff
• Develop and monitor project scopes, schedules, and budgets
• Organize and facilitate meetings and prepare summaries
