Qualifications

• 5+ years of environmental planning and permitting experience.
• Experience with transportation projects and public agencies in ND and MN preferred.
• Proficient in creating Environmental Assessments and Environmental Impact Statements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare NEPA documentation for various projects.
• Engage in business development and marketing activities.
• Contribute to project pursuit efforts by participating in interviews.
