Stantec is seeking a Senior Environmental Planner in our Plymouth, MN office. You will lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver technically compliant state and federal environmental review services for a variety of client projects.

You will manage MEPA and NEPA processes, coordinate with state and federal agencies, and guide stakeholders through public meetings, schedules, budgets, and deliverables. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in environmental reviews.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Environmental Planning, Science, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience leading Minnesota/NEPA environmental reviews and project management.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to mentor junior staff.
Proficient in MS Office; GIS experience a plus.
