Job summary

ERM is seeking a senior leader to shape its strategic direction as an equity Partner in North America, guiding decisions and building lasting client partnerships in the electric power sector.

You will lead high-performing teams, drive multi-million-dollar sales and project delivery, and advance decarbonization initiatives while mentoring future ERM leaders. You will strengthen ERM's reputation as a trusted advisor for capital project development in energy.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in environmental science, biology, engineering, or related field.
• 15+ years in consulting or Diversified Energy/Power sectors.
• Proven multi-million-dollar annual sales and program delivery.
• Deep regulatory knowledge and carbon-transition awareness.
• Strong senior relationships network in target sectors.
• Strategic, enterprise-wide solution mindset.
• Technical authority with marketplace reputation.
• Experience with equity or leadership in consulting.
• Proven decarbonization and low-carbon project experience.
• Experience building and mentoring high-performance teams.
• Ability to build strategic client relationships with energy incumbents.
• Ability to lead sales and delivery for capital project development.
