Job summary

Williams is seeking an Environmental Specialist IV to lead mid‑complex projects in air, water and waste. You will develop and maintain environmental processes, assess risk, and prepare regulatory documentation with guidance from senior staff.

Responsibilities include planning, scheduling and cost estimating, submitting permits, performing audits, training colleagues, and mentoring junior specialists to improve systems and compliance. Excellent communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least eight years of environmental experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in regulatory documentation and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and provides guidance on environmental processes/policies
• Assesses environmental risk and recommends actions; coordinates regulatory documents
• Participates in environmental planning, scheduling and cost estimating
• Prepares submissions for environmental permits, renewals, and variances
• Performs environmental compliance audits and due diligence
• Provides training and mentoring to junior staff
• Interprets regulations and ensures company compliance
