Job summary

You will prepare and submit federal and state permit applications for pipeline and facility projects, develop environmental assessments, and ensure documentation meets timelines.

You will serve as liaison with agencies such as the BLM, coordinate meetings, and lead NEPA/MEPA compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years’ experience in federal pipeline permitting and compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NEPA/MEPA processes and environmental regulatory requirements.
• Experience interacting with regulatory agencies such as the BLM.
• Excellent technical writing, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, draft, and submit federal and state permit applications for pipeline and facility projects.
• Develop environmental assessments, technical reports, and complete permitting packages.
• Ensure all permitting documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted within required timelines.
• Maintain organized electronic and hard copy permit files, tracking systems, and compliance logs per company standards.
• Serve as primary liaison with the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) and other regulatory agencies.
