Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 10 years of project/program management experience, including people management.
• Experience in environmental consulting or professional services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead start-up and ongoing operations for the Permian Basin office.
• Develop, manage, and track budgets and cost centers; monitor KPIs.
• Oversee P&L and profitability across service lines; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Hire staff and coordinate capital equipment with regional leadership.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to grow the local market.
