Job summary

Ramboll seeks a Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional to lead environmental investigations and remediation in the New England region. The role focuses on managing complex MCP projects, coordinating with clients, agencies, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable environmental solutions.

You will drive technical excellence, mentor junior staff, and contribute to business growth while ensuring compliance with Massachusetts regulations and high-quality deliverables.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LSP license mandatory.
• Bachelor's or Master's in environmental science, geology, or engineering.
• 10+ years of site investigation/remediation experience per MCP.
• Strong communication with clients and agencies.
• Proficient in data analysis, risk assessment, and modeling.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to mentor staff and lead multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site investigations to identify contamination and remediation strategies.
• Develop and oversee remediation plans and implementations.
• Prepare regulatory submissions and reports to MassDEP.
• Manage client relationships and communicate project status.
• Ensure QA/QC across data collection, analysis, and reporting.
