Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental policy, natural resources management, biology, ecology, environmental engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental review and permitting projects.
• Proven consulting experience in delivering solutions to clients.
• Experience with field surveys and ecological assessments in the Intermountain West.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage environmental reviews and permit applications for state and federal processes.
• Provide technical leadership and project management for multidisciplinary teams.
• Coach, mentor, and develop other staff members.
• Develop and nurture client relationships, scope projects, and contribute to proposals and budgets.
• Negotiate with federal, state, tribal, and local regulatory agencies and maintain key agency relationships.
• Support public involvement and community outreach as needed.
