Broadbent & Associates, Inc. in Salt Lake City, Utah, seeks a Senior Geologist / Senior Environmental Scientist to oversee a wide range of complex environmental projects in the Intermountain Region.

This full-time position requires organizing teams, managing budgets, and delivering high-quality reports. Under the Salt Lake City Division Manager, you will prepare work plans, proposals, and client communications, perform field visits, coordinate regulatory interactions, and contribute to business

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in geology, hydrogeology, earth or environmental science.
• PG certification and/or Utah PST is a bonus.
• 7+ years of experience in geological assessments and related areas.
• Consulting experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with deliverable timelines.
• Proven business development capability.
• Ability for limited travel within the Intermountain Region.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and review work plans, technical documents, and reports for federal, state, and local agencies.
• Prepare and review new clientele proposals for federal, state, and private industry.
• Develop the scope of environmental assessment and remediation projects and manage budgets.
• Conduct regular field visits to drive project execution and ensure health and safety procedures are followed.
• Review and approve vendor work proposals and invoices.
• Write project reports, analyze data, and prepare final reports for management and client review.
• Business development.
• Act as a client liaison and communicate with regulatory personnel.
• Potential succession for division management.
