EKI Environment & Water, Inc. seeks a Principal Environmental Consultant to drive Southern California growth and lead complex environmental assessment and remediation projects.

The role provides strategic leadership for key client initiatives, promotes technical excellence and risk stewardship, and develops strong client relationships. Candidates should bring 10+ years in environmental engineering/geology, a strong track record in business development, and a preference for CA PE/PG licensure.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years in engineering, geology, or hydrogeology for environmental projects.
• Proven client management and business development experience.
• Knowledge of federal, state, local environmental regulations.
• CA PE or PG license preferred; ability to review technical reports.

• Develop strategies for business growth in Southern California and target >$1M revenue in 3 years.
• Lead environmental projects from inception to completion with oversight for quality and compliance.
• Mentor project teams and provide technical guidance across projects.
• Represent EKI in professional groups, conferences, and associations.
• Support recruiting and training to build a high-performing Southern California team.
• Ensure safety standards and project financial targets are met.
