LVI Associates in Southern California seeks a Principal-level Environmental Consultant to lead complex projects, strengthen client relationships, and support regional growth from Thousand Oaks. This senior role blends deep technical expertise with business development and team leadership.

You will shape strategy, oversee remediation, regulatory programs, mentor staff and project managers, and pursue new client opportunities across public and private sectors.

Formación

• 10-15+ years of environmental consulting, engineering, geology, or related experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) or Professional Geologist (PG) license.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, Hydrogeology, or related discipline.
• Demonstrated success managing key client relationships and developing new business opportunities.
• Technical expertise in environmental remediation, compliance, permitting, due diligence, or related disciplines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management capabilities.
• Ability to mentor teams and support practice growth initiatives.
• 40-Hour HAZWOPER certification.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a senior client advisor on environmental challenges, regulatory strategy, and risk management.
• Develop and expand relationships with public and private sector clients.
• Provide technical oversight and guidance on remediation, compliance, due diligence, permitting, and environmental management projects.
• Lead proposal development, client presentations, and business-development efforts.
• Mentor and develop technical staff, project managers, and emerging leaders.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, schedule, budget, and client expectations.
• Support regional growth initiatives and strategic planning efforts.
• Participate in industry organizations and maintain visibility throughout the Southern California market.
