Braun Intertec seeks a senior environmental leader for its Austin, TX office to drive operational excellence and strategic growth in Environmental Investigation & Remediation. You will lead teams, mentor staff, and develop client partnerships to deliver high-quality environmental solutions.

This role emphasizes relationship-building, proposal development, and ensuring project profitability, with opportunities to shape the practice across multiple industries in Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field.
• PG or PE license preferred.
• 10+ years of environmental consulting experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and cultivate client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Texas environmental regulations knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, regulators, and industry partners.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams with accountability and engagement.
• Manage project performance: profitability, schedules, staffing, resources.
• Represent Braun Intertec at conferences and client meetings.
• Mentor and support team members to foster high performance.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with leadership.
• Oversee Phase I/II ESAs, site investigations, and remedial actions.
• Prepare proposals, cost estimates, and technical reporting.
• Ensure high-quality project execution and client satisfaction.
