This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who wants to shape a growing business, influence strategy, and build lasting client relationships—all while leading a talented team and delivering meaningful environmental work.

What You’ll Do
  • Build meaningful connections

  • Lead with purpose and energy
  • Inspire high-performing teams, maintain momentum across projects, and navigate challenges with confidence and clarity.
  • Drive business and project success
  • Oversee project performance—including budgets, timelines, and resources—ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery.
  • Be the face of our brand
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, helping expand our visibility and reputation.
  • Develop and empower talent
  • Lead, coach, and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, positive, and growth-oriented environment.

  • Deliver technical excellence
  • Provide expertise and oversight on complex environmental projects, including:

  • Proven success in client-facing roles and team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of environmental regulations across industrial, energy, agricultural, or commercial sectors
  • A natural ability to connect with people and build trust quickly
