Braun Intertec Corporation is seeking a senior air quality permitting and compliance professional in Texas to lead and support projects for industrial, energy, and commercial clients. You will mentor junior staff, strengthen client relationships, and deliver high-quality technical reports and compliance programs.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting, and technical writing skills, with experience in PSD, NSR, Title V, and air dispersion modeling using AERMOD and SCREEN3/AERSCREEN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, environmental science, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years Texas-specific air quality permitting and compliance experience; 10–12 years total air permitting experience.
• Knowledge of state and federal air quality rules and regulations for industrial, energy, and commercial clients.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain client relationships through project work and in-person engagement.
• Lead project teams, manage execution, client communication, and project deliverables.
• Prepare and review proposals for projects of varying complexity.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Mentor and support junior staff.
• Comply with client health and safety policies and procedures.
• Perform and review air permitting and compliance tasks including PBR, NSR, and Title V.
• Interpret air quality regulations and conduct emissions calculations and modeling.
