Job summary

Stantec Consulting International Ltd. is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to support our local remediation and permitting team in Mount Laurel, NJ.

You will mentor EITs, provide technical support across remediation projects, and lead multi-discipline engineering efforts while maintaining rigorous safety standards. Responsibilities include managing fieldwork, preparing environmental deliverables, leading proposals and client interactions, and ensuring adherence to HSE policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and staff to support SPCC, soil, erosion control and remediation plans.
• Prepare deliverables including environmental assessments, remedial designs, permits and specs.
• Lead and participate in proposals, budgeting, cost estimates, and task scoping.
• Perform analysis and interpretation of environmental data.
• Coordinate subcontractors and integrate multi-discipline solutions.
• Develop client relationships, identify opportunities, and present proposals.
• Mentor staff and recruit talent as needed.
• Plan, design, and manage fieldwork for soil, sediment, groundwater sampling and QA.
• Adhere to HSE policies and Stantec’s code of business conduct.
