Job summary

You will travel approximately 50-70% to sites, prepare permit applications, manage SWPPP/SPCC plans, and ensure adherence to CAA, CWA, and state regulations. A Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related technical field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in environmental engineering, permitting, or industrial compliance.
• Hands-on experience preparing air quality and water permits.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit, maintain, and manage environmental permit applications (air quality and water).
• Oversee environmental compliance across multiple aggregate and concrete facilities in Arizona.
• Manage air quality permitting, including applications, modifications, renewals, and reporting.
• Support groundwater rights, well permitting, water usage compliance, and water regulations.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local environmental regulations (CAA, CWA).
• Develop and maintain SWPPP and SPCC plans.
• Manage NPDES/AZPDES, wastewater, groundwater permit requirements.
• Conduct site inspections and environmental audits with corrective actions.
• Collaborate with ADEQ, ADWR, and local authorities.
• Interact with plant managers and operations to maintain compliance.
