Job summary

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a licensed professional Civil or Environmental Engineer to join our Water Resources team as a Senior Water Resources Engineer.

The role requires 15+ years in water resources, a PE license or ability to obtain within six months, and experience with stormwater drainage. You will mentor staff, deliver projects, win work, and maintain client relationships while coordinating with practice leads.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in water resources including stormwater drainage.
• Licensed Professional Engineer or ability to obtain within six months.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D and drainage software.
• Experience with drainage design and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage design, permitting, and construction for assigned projects.
• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget, delegating to staff as needed.
• Complete site designs and hydraulics/hydrology calculations for drainage plans.
• Mentor junior staff and maintain client relationships.
• Contribute to design standards and safety program adherence.
