Responsibilities

• Lead RCRA permitting for Subtitle C and D facilities.
• Provide technical and policy guidance on hazardous and solid waste permits and groundwater issues.
• Coordinate with EPA agreements/work plans and monitor federal grant requirements.
• Review projects for regulatory compliance and ensure progress toward EPA-negotiated goals.
• Advise staff and external stakeholders on permitting and compliance matters.
