Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years in industrial manufacturing environmental compliance.
• BS in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
• Experience leading a team.
• 5+ years Environmental Compliance in industrial manufacturing; experience varies with education.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of all environmental programs.
• Provide oversight of onsite environmental personnel.
• Provide technical support to management in environmental and emergency response.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and audits for plant compliance with regulations.
• Represent Nutrien with regulatory agencies.
• Manage air discipline including Title V permit and TRI reports.
• Assist with environmental permitting, waste management, and remediation.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies on compliance activities.
• Plan and coordinate department activities for environmental support.
• Set short- and long-term environmental goals for plant performance.
• Review plant processes for regulatory compliance and update documentation.
• Maintain environmental records and training materials.
• Stay updated on new environmental technologies and regulations.
