Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or science field; chemical engineering preferred.
• Approximately 5–7 years of environmental regulatory compliance knowledge across media (air, water, waste); Title V experience required.
• Proven familiarity with regulatory reporting and environmental permitting processes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve environmental programs across air, water, and waste at California facilities (≈4 plants).
• Develop and run compliance tools, monitoring, and testing programs to demonstrate regulatory compliance.
• Direct and train facility personnel on environmental requirements and use of compliance tools.
• Prepare waste profiles and manage disposal vendor approvals and manifests.
• Prepare and submit environmental compliance reports to local, state, and federal agencies.
