Job summary

CF Industries is seeking an Environmental, Health & Safety leader to supervise the EHS team at our Louisiana facility. You will ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and uphold CF’s policies and standards across all environmental programs.

You will develop and maintain EHS policies, drive continuous improvement, manage air, water, and waste programs, and work with other departments to integrate best practices into operating procedures. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent environmental field.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing or related industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise environmental team to assure regulatory compliance and company standards.
• Clarify and communicate current and potential EHS requirements.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies, systems, and processes across departments.
• Identify improvement opportunities for environmental systems and incident investigations.
• Provide guidance on air, water, and waste management practices.
• Assist in audits, site inspections, and cross-department training on EHS topics.
