CF Industries is seeking an Environmental Superintendent to lead the environmental team and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will oversee multimedia environmental programs and provide guidance to facility personnel to minimize risk and uphold company standards.
As part of the EHSS leadership, you will develop permits, monitor reporting, investigations, and drive continuous improvement through training and cross‑department collaboration.

Environmental, Health & Safety
The Environmental Superintendent is responsible to manage technical support and staff to ensure effective environmental systems are maintained for compliance and excellence. The position generally oversees the multimedia environmental programs for the Location. Areas of responsibility include managing environmental compliance (monitoring, reporting, and recordkeeping), development and maintenance of environmental permits and procedures, release reporting/investigation, and environmental training and support to facility personnel to ensure environmental systems are effective to maintain compliance with governmental regulations and company policies/practices. As a member of the EHSS Department leadership, the position plays a critical role in engaging and incorporating environmental stewardship in the overall EHS culture. This position serves as a technical resource and communicates environmental expertise to reduce risk and drive continuous improvements.
