Job summary

CF Industries is looking for a Field Safety Specialist at their Verdigris Complex. In this role, you will work closely with employees to enhance safety by ensuring compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) principles. Your responsibilities include training staff, conducting audits, and implementing safety programs.

This safety-sensitive position requires collaboration with the EHS team, along with leadership in maintaining high safety standards and fostering a positive safety culture.

Qualifications

• Experience in EHS policy implementation in an industrial setting.
• Certifications in safety, industrial hygiene, or health (CSP, CIH, EMT) a plus.

• Promote safe work practices by mentoring, coaching, and observing employees.
• Conduct daily safety audits of work activities.
