Job summary

CF Industries is seeking an Environmental Superintendent to lead the environmental team and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. You will oversee multimedia environmental programs and provide guidance to facility personnel to minimize risk and uphold company standards.

As part of the EHSS leadership, you will develop permits, monitor reporting, investigations, and drive continuous improvement through training and cross‑department collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising environmental engineers and technicians.
• Knowledge of federal, state and local environmental regulations.
• Ability to manage multimedia environmental programs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the environmental team to ensure compliance with laws and company standards.
• Clarify and communicate regulatory and company requirements.
• Develop and maintain EHS policies and procedures for multimedia environmental considerations.
• Identify opportunities for environmental system improvements.
• Support incident reporting and investigations.
• Build relationships for continuous environmental program improvement.
