Job summary

Congruex is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs across CNS operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, client requirements, and local, state, and federal regulations. You will manage safety training, regulatory compliance, incident investigations, and field safety initiatives to promote an Incident Free culture.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• OSHA safety certifications or equivalent safety training required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and administer comprehensive environmental, health, and safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
• Plan and conduct safety audits, site inspections, investigations, safety training, risk assessments, and compliance reviews with corrective actions.
