We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Service Leader – Environmental Due Diligence to lead our site assessment and redevelopment services. This position will focus on managing and executing Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and supporting Brownfields redevelopment efforts.
The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in real estate and transactional due diligence, a working knowledge of federal and state cleanup programs, and the ability to lead projects, mentor staff, and manage client relationships. This position reports to the Department Manager and plays a key role in the delivery and growth of the due diligence service line.
